What it Feels Like

Betrayal can hit hard, shaking us to our core. It can leave us feeling sad, angry, lost, and physically drained. If you’ve been there, you know exactly what I mean. It’s like the world’s rulebook has been tossed out the window, and you’re left to pick up the pieces.
